Yes. Banff National Park requires a commercial photography permit for most wedding and portrait locations, and I hold mine and handle the paperwork before your day. Canmore sits outside the park, so it's a different process through the municipality rather than Parks Canada, and I handle that too. Either way, you don't need to arrange anything.

We shoot through it. Some of my favourite images have come out of the heaviest downpours. I don't cancel or reschedule around weather as a rule.

There's less light in the winter, so timelines shift earlier in the day, but that's the only real change. The one hard line is temperature: I don't shoot outdoors once it drops colder than −30°C. Anything warmer than that, and we make winter magic.

Yes. Banff, Canmore and Calgary are included in every collection with no separate travel fee. For international destinations, travel is a flat $2,500 on top of your collection. Tell me your destination when you reach out and I'll include it in your quote from the start.

Your full gallery arrives within 30 days of your wedding. Not next season, not after the busy months, within 30 days.

Yes, a 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance follows a payment schedule we go over when you book. I accept e-Transfer and Stripe.
